The opportunity
Reporting to a highly experienced HRM, this role will have a focus on recruitment, selection, compliance, onboarding / offboarding, training, projects, WHS, RTW, employee support as well as assisting with culture driven activities for the organization. The team will be relocating to a purpose-built facility in early 2026, bringing all divisions together under one roof. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting WHS, compliance, and ensuring a safe and smooth transition for both staff and equipment.
Selection criteria
- Completed HR Qualification coupled with proven HR generalist experience
- Reasonable understanding of regulatory environments and relevant frameworks, legislation and awards
- Relevant knowledge of WHS regulations and RTW desirable
- Tech and system savvy – MS Office Suite and ELMO adv
- Highly developed communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a safety conscious approach
