Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in the NDIS sector? Looking to work closer to home and make a real difference in the community? We’re recruiting for an HR Officer to join a purpose driven organisation based in Kogarah, South Sydney. This temporary role has the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity, offering stability, flexibility (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and the chance to work with a business that truly values the wellbeing of others.
You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations, including drafting employment contracts, assisting with internal recruitment, onboarding, and providing general HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need proven experience within the NDIS sector, a strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
