The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR and working within a small, supportive, and collaborative team, you’ll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders while providing operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include generating contracts and variations, supporting recruitment activities, ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are followed, and managing general employee enquiries.
Selection requirements
- HR qualification – current or completed
- Previous HR administration / coordination experience is required - across the full employee lifecycle
- Understanding of legislation and awards
- High attention to detail and tech savvy
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder experience
- Permanent full time / part time role
- CBD based – close to public transport
- Strong supportive leader who likes to coach and mentor
