The organisation –
People2people are partnering with a growing educational institution that specialize on setting and maintaining professional standards within Australia. Based in the HQ in Brisbane, you will be working in an organisation where their members provide expert frontline support and services to the community.
The opportunity –
Reporting to the HR Manager and working within a small but close-knit team, you will have accountability for providing operational support for the end-to-end employee lifecycle. In addition, you will be assisting with various projects and initiatives, including the new HRIS and LMS systems.
Selection criteria –
- HR qualification – complete or current
- Proven experience in an HR admin / coordination role
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Understanding of legislation and award interpretation
- Advanced communication / interpersonal skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
