The Ideal Candidate:
๐น 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
๐น A track record of success in the government or highly regulated sectors, understanding compliance, funding structures, and financial governance.
๐น 5+ years in senior finance roles, providing strategic decision support to executives and senior leaders.
๐น Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making to enhance business outcomes.
๐น Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance financial discipline with strategic business growth.
๐น Experience developing and maintaining financial management systems, reporting frameworks, and budget tracking tools.
๐น The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
๐น A CPA or CA qualification, demonstrating professional excellence and expertise.
๐น A proactive, problem-solving mindset, constantly seeking process improvements and efficiencies.
