Financial Accountant | 2 days WFH | Sydney CBD
Location: Sydney | Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 from home

You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team that supports a network of locations across Australia, working closely with senior leaders to provide insights that drive performance and growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing monthly and year-end reporting in line with AASB/IFRS standards
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring integrity across accounts
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across key business units
• Partnering with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations
• Assisting with statutory compliance, tax lodgements (BAS, GST, payroll tax etc.) and audit processes
• Supporting special projects including systems improvements, automation initiatives and acquisitions

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Solid technical accounting knowledge and a strong grasp of financial control
• Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
