They are passionate about providing positive change in the community. Join the finance team, on a 3 month temp basis to complete month end processing and assist with end of month.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team of 6, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Preparation and posting of journals, accruals and prepayments
- Complete month-end reconciliations, including bank, balance sheet and GL accounts
- Assisting with preparation of BAS
- Assist with automation process improvements
- Assist with monthly management reporting and analysis
- Review and assistance across Accounts Payable and Receivable
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Degree qualified and studying towards CA or CPA
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experienced in a similar role and ability to pick up new processes with ease
- A strong attention to detail and well developed communication skills
- Ability to commence at short notice
- Strong ERP systems experience and Intermediate Excel
- A positive and professional team player
- Not-For-Profit, parking on-site
- Commence asap, 3 + months
