Joining a friendly, down-to-earth team, this position collaborates with 2 other Finance Officers to support the broader finance team. You’ll enjoy cross-training and exposure across the full range of transactional accounting functions in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-function Accounts Payable
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Full-function Accounts Receivable
- Billing, receipting, and allocation of payments
- Bank, GL, and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end processes and budgets
- Partnering with other departments to provide financial support and insights
About you:
- Demonstrated experience across AP/AR and general accounting functions
- Proficient with accounting software and strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and efficiency
