The Role
The Finance Manager will lead and manage the finance functions across all entities. This hands-on role will suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the challenge of working in a complex, multi-entity environment.
The role is based in Brisbane and requires travel to site once a month (3-5 days).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all finance and accounting functions across the group
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation requirements
- Lead the external audit process and manage relationships with auditors and advisors
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis
- Provide technical support to finance and administration teams
- CA/CPA qualification
- Highly desirable to have experience in a multi-site medium/large sized enterprise in manufacturing or related sectors
- Proactive communication skills to partner with teams across multiple locations
- Bring a process improvement mindset with the ability to analyse efficiency opportunities
- Enjoy a mix of strategic involvement and hands-on management under the guidance of an industry seasoned leader
- Genuine scope for internal professional growth towards CFO role
