- Working hours 38 - 40 hours a week with a start time of no later than 8am.
- Hourly rate up to $50 + 8% holiday pay (dependant on experience)
- Location: Wellington CBD (onsite 5 days a week)

You’ll provide full EA support, managing a busy and complex diary, anticipating needs, and enabling your leader to operate at their best. You’ll be trusted to read the room, navigate sensitive situations, and keep work moving without being asked.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise a dynamic, high-volume diary.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect key relationships.
- Coordinate communications and ensure timely follow-through.
- Apply sound judgement in managing competing priorities.
- Support efficient workflow across email, phone and administrative systems.
- Prepare documentation and information to a high standard.
- Uphold accuracy and consistency across all tasks and commitments.
- Hourly rate of $35 - $50 + 8% holiday pay
