The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you’ll own their complex diary and keep the leadership team running smoothly. This fast-paced role covers calendar management, meeting coordination, inbox triage, report and presentation prep, event logistics, and minute-taking with precision. Success means staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly, and keeping everything on track.
Selection criteria:
- Proven EA experience supporting senior executives
- Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills with problem stakeholder experience
- Strong time management, coordination and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, computer literacy (MS Office) and calm under pressure
- Proactive, initiative and can triage requests and enquiries confidently and effectively
- High level of confidentiality
