Employee Relations Administrator

Employee Relations Administration - State Government Agency 

Assignment Length:  ASAP start until 23rd December 
Pay:  $53-$58ph + super 
Location:  South East Suburbs 

We’re currently seeking an experienced Administrator – Employee Relations to join the team supporting the Employee Relations (ER) and People, Culture & Safety (PC&S) teams.

In this pivotal role you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of employee relations initiatives and services. You will assist with case management, reporting, policy updates and confidential document handling, while maintaining a proactive and customer-focused approach in all interactions. 

About you:

  • Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of accuracy and discretion
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and uphold confidentiality
If successful you will also need to obtain (or already hold): 
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Certified copy of unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Certified copies of qualification
