EA & Business Support

Executive Assistant & Business Support

Grow into a Leadership Role |
Macquarie Park | Onsite 5 days
Are you an experienced EA or Office Manager ready to step up into a leadership-facing role? Want to be at the heart of a business going through exciting transformation — helping set direction and shape culture from the ground up?
We’re seeking a confident and proactive Executive Assistant to support the MD & National Manager in a role that blends classic EA duties with strategic project work and office leadership. You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations while also taking ownership of initiatives that improve collaboration, efficiency, and team culture across the business.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a varied workload, and wants to play a part in building and guiding a high-performing team.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You’ll be trusted with high-level visibility and direct access to senior decision-makers
  • Be involved in projects that influence how the business runs
  • Support a Managing Director  & National Manager who value your contribution and wants a true partner
  • Join a collaborative and agile team in a business entering an exciting new phase
  • A great opportunity to level up into a more senior EA/Chief of Staff-style position over time
What You’ll Be Doing Executive & Strategic Support
  • Manage complex calendars, international travel, and confidential communications for the MD
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, track follow-ups and ensure delivery on key actions
  • Draft communications and manage stakeholder queries with discretion and professionalism
Project Coordination & Business Operations
  • Own internal initiatives and lead projects from end to end
  • Support planning and reporting cycles, including budget and performance meetings
  • Assist with strategic business updates and internal communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and keep teams aligned
Office Management
  • Be the go-to for all head office logistics – supplies, building access, intranet updates
  • Liaise with property managers and vendors to keep the office running smoothly
  • Support the wider senior leadership team with admin and ad hoc requests
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an EA, Project Coordinator or Office Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence dealing with senior executives
  • Someone who takes initiative, is solutions-focused and loves creating calm out of chaos
  • A team player who’s happy to be in the office 5 days a week to really own the space
This is your chance to… Join a business that’s reshaping and re-energising – where your ideas, positivity, and presence will be felt across the organisation. If you're ready to step into a bigger role, with visibility and influence, we’d love to hear from you.
