About the role
We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer for an initial 10-week assignment, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday, 7AM–3PM, you'll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, processing phone, live chat and email orders, returns and exchanges - ensuring accurate data entry and on-time delivery. You'll also make outbound calls to confirm details, maintain strong client relationships, keep customer information up to date, and collaborate closely with a committed team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
What you will bring
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous)
- Proven customer service experience
- Order processing experience
- A professional phone manner and personable approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- FMCG experience (highly regarded)
- Convenient Inner South location
- Ample street parking and close to public transport
- Open to full time and part time hours
