Customer Service Consultant

We’re working with a client who are looking for 4x Customer Service Consultants to join a busy and supportive call centre team. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate their questions, resolve issues, and ensure their experience is seamless.

The Role:

You’ll be handling a mix of calls, emails, and backend administration. On a typical day, you will:

  • Manage around 25 inbound member calls, providing guidance, resolving issues, and processing payments
  • Handle 30+ member emails daily, following up on enquiries and admin requests
  • Complete 30+ backend tasks, updating member records and maintaining accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Customer service experience (call centre or high-volume support ideal, but not essential)
  • A team player with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Please note: Annual leave cannot be taken in June, July, December, or January
