About the role

Duties will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls (approx. 30 per day)
- Responding to enquiries and complaints via email
- Handling general administration and problem-solving tasks
- Using Microsoft Office to manage correspondence and records
- Representing the team with professionalism and a friendly manner
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- A customer centric approach
- Developed problem solving skills
- Confident in Microsoft Office
- Professional communication and presentation
- A team player with a positive, approachable attitude
