Corporate Receptionist

  • Temp-perm opportunity

Join a dynamic and professional team as a Corporate Receptionist  in this immediately available  role with a leading national organisation. Located in Sydney CBD and well connected by public transport, this is your chance to step into a busy, client-facing position with potential for longer term with the business. 
Ideal for candidates seeking temp-to-perm work but travellers with relevant experience welcome to apply!
 
Daily Responsibilities include:
  • Liaise closely with Manager to assist with the office move to new premises
  • Primary point of contact to welcome and assist all visitors and clients with professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and emails to reception and direct them appropriately
  • Coordination of internal and external client events -  from meeting room booking, room set up and catering
  • Coordinate and book meeting rooms and video conferencing
  • Liaise with building and facilities teams as required
  • Process incoming orders and manage supply inventory for stationery and catering
  • Keep all communal areas tidy and presentation-ready
 
What need to bring to this role:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
