About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for a temporary assignment starting at the end of November and running through late January 2026.
This role will primarily involve residential conveyancing matters, with a high volume of settlements.
Requirements
Previous experience in conveyancing (residential focus preferred).
Strong understanding of property transactions and settlement processes.
Familiarity with PEXA is essential; Affinity experience is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a busy period.
