About the Company  
This client is a leading provider of aviation and ground handling services, partnering with major international airlines to deliver safe, seamless, and customer-first operations. The business is seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee airline partnerships across international markets. 
 
The Opportunity
As Commercial Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of global airline clients.
  • Lead contract management, renewals, and complex negotiations to deliver service and revenue goals.
  • Act as a key contact for airlines and airports, ensuring strong partnerships and service excellence.
  • Travel regionally and internationally to meet with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operational teams to resolve issues, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and performance for a portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver revenue growth through strong commercial and account management.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights into commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve client issues and ensure SLAs are exceeded.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to manage renewals, reporting, and pipelines. 
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in commercial management within aviation, transport, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development.
  • A natural problem solver who takes ownership of issues and works cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Commercially savvy with exposure to KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Engaging, personable, and client-focused, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
