Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP licensing, data protection, and business-critical operational arrangements.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs, high-growth companies, and established businesses across a range of sectors.
- Taking ownership of matters and helping to strategically develop and grow the commercial offering.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and mentoring more junior lawyers where appropriate.
- Handling a mixture of advisory, transactional, and project-based work with significant client contact.
- 7+ PQE gained within a reputable commercial practice.
- Strong, broad-based commercial experience and excellent technical drafting skills.
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable engaging directly with clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to business development and practice growth.
- Personable, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.
