Our client is looking for a proactive Business Manager to join their team, where you'll use your strengths in data to drive insight and make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across the business
- Turn complex data into clear and actionable insights
- Act as a key point of contact for you client
- Oversee risk and compliance
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
- Support financial deliverables, including reviews, reconciliations and reporting
- Support audits various business operations
What you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail and able to extract salient information to drive performance and insight
- Previous experience with data analytics and report writing
- Proficient with Power BI & Tableau
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management or related industry
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial analysis
