About the Role:
Our client Samsung Electronics is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry and is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst
to join their Business Innovation team. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you’ll deliver in-depth analyses and actionable recommendations to support business objectives. You’ll also contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with team goals. The ideal candidate will have a naturally curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, using data to refine and optimise ways of working.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse retail channel data to identify performance improvement opportunities across products, channels and operations
- Develop and manage innovation projects to enhance retail performance and strengthen partnerships with retail channels
- Collaborate with internal teams including National Account Managers, Field Managers and Product Managers to deliver key initiatives
- Support demand forecasting and planning by analysing sales and inventory data to inform accurate forecasts and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date retail channel data to enable timely insights and reporting
- Conduct store-level sales and inventory analyses to identify missed opportunities and optimise stock efficiency
- Provide actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on performance insights
- Relevant degree with 5+ years’ experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management
