The Role
• Develop and grow sales across automotive workshops and distributor channels throughout Melbourne and surrounding regions
• Build strong relationships with key accounts to increase brand advocacy and long-term partnerships
• Identify promotional, training, and merchandising opportunities to maximise visibility and sales performance
• Represent the business at trade events, industry expos, and customer engagement activities
• Collaborate closely with marketing to activate campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular sales reporting
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with business growth objectives
About You
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who brings:
• Proven experience in business development, area sales, or account management
• Background in the automotive sector with openness to tools or industrial markets
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in product training, trade marketing, or brand advocacy (desirable)
• Flexibility to travel regularly within the Melbourne region
• A genuine passion for the automotive and industrial industry
