About the Role

As BDM, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our operations team to deliver seamless service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and account management
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activity.
About You
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within transport, logistics, or supply chain but other industry experience will be considered
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A natural relationship-builder with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
