Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the engineering team based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. The primary function of the role is to test the AI Text to Speech and Automatic Speech Recognition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Galaxy AI testing such as Text to Speech/Automatic Speech Recognition
- Ensure quality level meets global standard test procedure, Samsung internal quality assurance requirements, customer specific feature and application test procedure
- Work closely with Samsung headquarters and R&D to solve problems encountered with development handset
- Performs other duties as assigned by management/direct supervisor
- Test AU-EN
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Problem solving & conflict resolution
- Able to cope with high pressure, high volume work
