People2people is proud to be partnering with an innovative, fast-growing business in the design and interiors sector to recruit a Trade Partnerships & Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, scaling organisation where you’ll play a key role in shaping relationships across multiple industry channels.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, strengthening, and expanding trade partnerships across both new and existing customer networks. You’ll be the driving force behind onboarding new trade accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building & Growth
  • Convert incoming trade leads into long-term, high-value partnerships
  • Drive repeat business and increase sales volume across your portfolio
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, introductions, and industry networking
  • Deliver best-in-class service to trade clients, ensuring requirements are met from project specification through to on-time fulfilment
  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  • Own, optimise, and maintain a core process within the day-to-day sales function
  • Ensure team members are supported and able to operate effectively within this workflow
  • Assist in onboarding and training new hires within the Trade team
  • Begin developing your leadership skills by supporting team capability and knowledge growth
  • Represent the business during in-person meetings, presentations, and workshops
  • Lead sessions such as training workshops, product demonstrations, and Lunch & Learns with key clients
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and naturally empathetic to the needs of trade professionals. You’ll be comfortable engaging with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, able to analyse opportunities, and confident in your ability to influence and close future business.


Must-Have Experience & Skills
  • 1+ year in B2B sales or account management
  • Consistent track record of exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Confident user of CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to guide others in best practice
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly self-sufficient with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ambitious, with a desire to progress quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Background or strong interest in interiors, design, or the built environment is desirable
  • Existing network within the UK design or trade industry is desirable

The Package

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 base + commission + bonus scheme

Bonus: Applies after probation; revised structure launching soon

Hours: Flexible 8-hour days (Mon–Fri)

Location: London office + flexible working

Holidays: 28 days + bank holidays
