The organisation
People2people are excited to be partnering with a state government department whose focus is on providing financial assistance support to vital industry sectors to source a temp HR / L & D Advisor for their established team based in the CBD.
The opportunity –
Working within the HR team, this roles focus will be to provide support to the organisational development program including assistance with projects, research and presentation activities within the department. In addition, you will assist with and support operational HR requirements when required.
Selection criteria
- Completed tertiary HR or business qualification
- Proven HR generalist experience with a strong focus in L & D
- Highly developed communication (verbal / written) / interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of public sector legislation, policies and procedures highly advantageous
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems and processes
