Due to internal team movements, there are two opportunities to join this leading national organisation as a P&C Coordinator. You will support the HR team in delivering a range of services throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding coordination. If you enjoy the systems side of HR and reporting then this role will see you grow through ownership of process and be a critical part of well function national HR team.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR administration, including drafting employment contracts, preparing correspondence, coordinating exit interviews, and overseeing engagement surveys.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across systems, supporting smooth HR operations and informed decision-making.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related administration and contribute to the successful delivery of the company’s annual remuneration review.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives, including taking ownership of key projects.
• Oversee employee recognition programs, maintain up-to-date organisational charts, and actively participate in WHS committee activities and reporting requirements.
Skills and Expertise:
• Solid relevant experience in HR support or coordination ideally within banking or insurance sector but not essential
• Committed to delivering high-quality service by understanding and responding to the needs of both employees and leaders.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with a professional, approachable manner that fosters trust and ensures timely issue resolution.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to resolve issues independently while knowing when to escalate and contribute to broader problem-solving.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Approaches sensitive employee matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
This role has a wide salary band of $70-$90K + super as our client is open to different levels of experience that will effect the salary or hourly temp rate.
