Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join the sales team. In this outbound sales role, you will engage with potential business customers over the phone to promote their cleaning services and generate leads. You will track customer contacts, explain the benefits of the services, and generate appointments for the Business Development Managers. The telemarketing team has been created to meet the demands of their expanding business, focusing on qualifying and converting crucial leads for the internal sales and operations team.

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting, preferably in a service industry such as cleaning or hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with computer and CRM systems.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
