Site Administrator

  • Site Administrator
  • 12 month contract based in Wollongong
  • Part of well know construction business 

As a Site Administrator, you will deliver dynamic administrative support across all aspects of the project, from maintaining site records to managing data entry, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Confidently handle the coordination of team meetings and administration, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for project office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate day-to-day project and site activities such as document management, reception duties, minutes in meetings, correspondence writing and office setup
  • Provide full Administrative Assistance to small team of project team
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders, ensuring professional service and clear communication.
  • Coordinate staff training activities and support team development through ongoing feedback and meaningful conversations.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • Ideally hold current driver’s license and White Card, ensuring compliance with site and travel requirements.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, with strong capabilities in document management, database usage, and effective team collaboration. Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
