Renowned for their commitment to service excellence and innovative portfolio management strategies, this organisation is currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager
to step into a key temporary role based in their Parramatta CBD office.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior member of the property management team, you will be entrusted with end-to-end portfolio oversight and stakeholder engagement, including:
- End-to-end management of a large residential portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt and professional communication
- Overseeing maintenance coordination and workflow management
- Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
- Providing timely landlord feedback following inspections and application processes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support long-term retention and satisfaction
- Mentoring junior support staff and ensuring compliance with industry standards
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused property management professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior property management role
- Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements in NSW residential property management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Property Tree experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
- A customer-first mindset with a strategic approach to conflict resolution and portfolio optimisation
- Current Property Management Registration (NSW)
