This well regarded organisation with a global presence is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join their team. This is a newly created role, working in a team of 2. You will have prior experience in end-to-end payroll as well as strong systems experience. I can consider candidates seeking full time or part time wok. A minimum of a three day equivalent (0.6 FTE),22.8 hours per week is required.
Key responsibilities:
- End to end payroll for 300 employees on a fortnightly and monthly basis
- Processing new starters, terminations and redundancies
- Processing of payroll tax, PAYG and super contribution
- Processing salary sacrifice applications including novated leases, education, and additional super contributions
- Managing workcover reporting and update company details for all states
- Generating payroll and HR reports
- Providing employee data bi-annually for income protection premiums and process fortnightly invoices for blue collar staff
You will have:
- End to end payroll experience including payroll tax, superannuation, work cover and reporting
- Experience using ADP software is beneficial but not essential. Will also consider candidates who have experience using Chris21. iChris, Meridian, Preceda, or similar
- Experience dealing with EBA’s and overseas expats packages (advantageous but not essential)
- Highly organised, deadline driven with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
