People Services Business Partner - Defence Projects
South East Melbourne | $94k + super
We are working with out client to seek a People Services Business Partner to support major defence-related projects with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people management.
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and resourcing needs
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Provide HR advice across policies, performance management, and employee lifecycle matters
- Use data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
- Build strong stakeholder relationships while coaching leaders on people management capability
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
- Substantial experience in HR/people services, ideally in complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR generalist advisory work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
Additional requirements:
- You will be required to work across multiple sites, including Hastings (2 days per week) and Dandenong (1 day per week).
- As this role supports Defence projects, you must be an Australian Citizen.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo Baseline Security Clearance.
