People Services Business Partner - Defence Projects
South East Melbourne | $94k + super

We are working with out client to seek a People Services Business Partner to support major defence-related projects with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people management.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and resourcing needs
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Provide HR advice across policies, performance management, and employee lifecycle matters
  • Use data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while coaching leaders on people management capability
About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
  • Substantial experience in HR/people services, ideally in complex environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR generalist advisory work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines

Additional requirements:
  • You will be required to work across multiple sites, including Hastings (2 days per week) and Dandenong (1 day per week).
  • As this role supports Defence projects, you must be an Australian Citizen.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo Baseline Security Clearance.
