The Job
This role will be supporting the region across Murray Bridge, South-East and Horsham, As an  Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team to achieve outcomes for our customers. You will play a key role maintaining a strong relationship with our customers and ensure, efficient and cost-effective operations. You will work closely with the Transport Manager and support the to lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with stakeholders across the network to deliver outstanding service and performance.
 
Responsibilities

  • Support to Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality Transport services
  • You will manage customer accounts and support them with problem solving
  • Manage labour and resources to meet operational forecasts and budgets
  • Champion safety and ensure compliance with HSE and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and develop team members through effective people management
