A leading boutique Financial Services firm in the heart of Sydney is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a fast-paced role that offers variety, responsibility, and long-term potential. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, with a strong focus on executive support, travel coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including travel bookings, complex meeting coordination, and external correspondence
- Assist with diary management, CRM maintenance, onboarding of new members, and event registration and administration
- Manage daily office operations including supplier relationships, mail handling, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Support the Director of Finance & Operations with petty cash reconciliation, general finance tasks, and basic IT coordination
- Proven experience in a senior administration or team support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working autonomously with a high degree of discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar/email management systems, and CRM platforms
- Full working rights in Australia are essential
