Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist or Healthcare Administrator looking for flexible, short-term opportunities? We’re building a talent pool of skilled professionals who are available for upcoming temporary assignments across GP clinics, specialist rooms, allied health, and day surgeries.
These roles vary in length and setting, but all require someone who can step in confidently, provide warm and professional service, and support the daily operations of busy medical practices.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments and calendars, answering calls, and processing billings including Medicare, DVA, and WorkCover. Experience with common medical software systems such as Best Practice, MedicalDirector or Genie is highly regarded. You'll also assist with general administrative duties and ensure patient records are maintained with accuracy and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who have previous experience in a medical setting, are confident navigating medical software, and can quickly adapt to new environments. Strong communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to multitask effectively are key.
