THE ROLE:
As a Legal Secretary, supporting up to Partner level within the Employment team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
-Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
-Diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
-Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs and court documents
-Maintaining and organising files, both physical and electronic
-Billing, invoicing, and managing expense claims
-General administrative support to the Partner and broader team as needed

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this position you must:
-Have proven experience for a minimum of two years within Litigation or Employment Law space
-Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
-Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Be proficient in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
-Have a proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
