Part-Time Leasing & Property Management Assistant – West Perth
A well-established property agency in West Perth
is seeking a Part-Time Leasing & Property Management Assistant
to support their growing residential portfolio. This position offers 30 hours per week and the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including hosting inspections, screening applications, and liaising with owners for approvals.
- Provide regular updates to landlords and deliver excellent service to tenants.
- Assist with routine and final inspections, preparing feedback and recommendations.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support property managers with additional duties as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Google Workspace.
- Professional presentation and a strong customer service focus.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Real estate registration/licence preferred but not essential.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Availability to work Saturdays for property viewings.
- Location: West Perth
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (11:00am–5:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am–1:00pm).
