Junior Laboratory Technician (6-Month Contract)
Geelong | Immediate Start | 7am - 3pm
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Laboratory Technician
to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for a recent science graduate or someone eager to gain hands on laboratory experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the team with day-to-day laboratory tasks
- Assisting with sample preparation, testing, and recording results
- Helping maintain equipment, calibration, and lab housekeeping
- Following quality and safety procedures to ensure accurate results
- Pitching in with general laboratory and plant operations as needed
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Chemistry, Biology, or related science
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious
- A 6-month temporary role with an immediate start
- Hands-on industry experience in a supportive environment
