The opportunity
Reporting to an experienced HR Manager, this role provides operational HR support across recruitment, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, training, and employee engagement. You’ll also contribute to culture-building initiatives and key projects.
In early 2026, the team will relocate to a new purpose-built facility, bringing all divisions together. You’ll play a key role in supporting WHS and compliance during the move, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and pursue further study in WHS.
Selection criteria
- Completed HR Qualification coupled with proven HR experience providing operational and administrative support
- Reasonable understanding of regulatory environments and relevant frameworks, legislation and awards
- Interest in WHS / RTW
- Tech and system savvy – MS Office Suite
- Highly developed communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a safety conscious approach
