With over 20 years of industry presence, this well-established provider is undergoing exciting growth and is looking for an organised, detail-focused individual to support their events and admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of professional development workshops
  • Manage inbound enquiries and provide accurate, helpful responses to participants
  • Maintain customer records and assist with enrolments and documentation
  • Process certifications and ensure all event-related paperwork is completed
  • Upload professional development events to the website and e-learning platform
  • Perform general administrative and office support as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Confident using various IT systems and CRM platforms (training provided if needed)
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time (5 days per week)
  • Naturally organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
