Customer Success Coordinator (6 Months+)

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business in the education technology sector. This organisation is transforming how schools manage and share data, and they are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their Sydney-based team.
This is a key customer-facing role focused on supporting school stakeholders throughout onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement with the platform. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and working in a purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for school onboarding and integration support
- Provide responsive assistance via phone, video, and email
- Troubleshoot integration issues and guide users through resolution
- Re-engage schools with offline or inactive connections
- Identify and generate new engagement opportunities to support Account Managers
- Work closely with technical and internal teams to ensure a smooth user experience
- Manage multiple school accounts and maintain high-quality service delivery
- Experience in customer success, support, onboarding, or coordination roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts (no coding required)
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience in education, EdTech, or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with student information systems, data syncing, or third-party integrations
- Awareness of information security and data privacy practices
- This is a six-month temporary role with the potential for long-term extension. The role offers hybrid working options and the chance to join a collaborative, impact-driven team based in the Sydney CBD.
