People2people are partnering with a global leader in electrical products. Their longstanding customer service team are looking for a new member to assist in their goal to provide customer service and administrative support to their customers and internal stakeholders.
Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service by responding to inquiries and offering product advice both in person and over the phone.
- Process and manage customer orders in SAP in accordance with the Sales Order Processing Policy.
- Liaise with internal teams (such as sales and accounts) and external customers to ensure accurate order handling, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, faxing, and general support duties for the division.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and refer special pricing inquiries to the appropriate Sales Representative.
About You
- SAP Knowledge is a mandatory (especially if experience working with codes such as VA01, VA02, VA03) & Microsoft Office (word processing and data entry)
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service environment with a strong focus on delivering quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, professional phone manner, and effective conflict resolution abilities.
- Proactive team player with a positive outlook, able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
