Customer Service Representative – Near Auckland Airport (2-Month Contract, ASAP Start)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team based near Auckland Airport. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone with strong administration and order processing skills to step into a busy role.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling customer orders and responding to representative requests
  • Handling requests from the sales reps and making sure any promotions are applied to orders correctly
  • Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and within required timeframes
  • Keeping systems up to date with the latest order and customer information
  • Using SAP daily (experience with other CRM systems such as JDE will also be considered)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth service for customers
  • Working with the DC team to make sure orders are correct and accurate.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous customer service or order processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using ERP/CRM systems (SAP, JDE, or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
The details:
  • Location: Near Auckland Airport
  • 0800-1630 or 0830-1700Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday
  • Start date: 15/9/25
  • Contract: Initial 2-month term (potential to extend)
