Customer Service Representative – Near Auckland Airport (2-Month Contract, ASAP Start)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team based near Auckland Airport. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone with strong administration and order processing skills to step into a busy role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer orders and responding to representative requests
- Handling requests from the sales reps and making sure any promotions are applied to orders correctly
- Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and within required timeframes
- Keeping systems up to date with the latest order and customer information
- Using SAP daily (experience with other CRM systems such as JDE will also be considered)
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth service for customers
- Working with the DC team to make sure orders are correct and accurate.
- Previous customer service or order processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using ERP/CRM systems (SAP, JDE, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Location: Near Auckland Airport
- 0800-1630 or 0830-1700Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday
- Start date: 15/9/25
- Contract: Initial 2-month term (potential to extend)
