Customer Service Data Analyst

Our client Samsung, is a globally recognised and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position is based at their Sydney Olympic Park office, and follows a hybrid model, requiring four days in the office and one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyse and report on customer service data.
  • Monitor data quality and identify areas of improvement, implementing solutions to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Compile daily allocation spreadsheet for new and current cases to be allocated to relevant teams and case managers.
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly statistics for customer service case managers.
  • Track trends in case creation and closures and identify sources of said trends.
  • Generate various reports to present to Customer Service team and management
  • Adhere at all times to company policies and procedures in the completion of required duties
  • Creating and maintaining reports for Customer Service KPI
  • Developing Dashboards
  • Analyse Customer Service KPI reports for trends and improvements
About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preference: Data Analysis/Mathematics/Statistics
  • Advanced Experience in data and analytics focused on root cause analysis.
  • Ability to manage communication to key stakeholders
  • 2 or more years of experience within a similar role
