We’re currently seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Secretary to support two high-performing Partners within the disputes and taxation practice groups.
THE ROLE:
As a legal secretary your daily duties and responsibilities will include;
- Provide high-level support to two Partners from different teams within the Commercial practice
- Assist the broader team as required, ensuring seamless administrative support across matters
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate global travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize electronic files in accordance with firm protocols
- Liaise with overseas counsel and manage court deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft, format, and review legal documents including contracts, deeds, and agreements
- Prepare and process complex monthly billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered a desirable candidate you must have;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a career legal assistant or legal secretary
- Experience in commercial litigation or taxation is ideal
- Supported up to Partner level
- Complex billing experience
- Extensive experience with global travel and calendar management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A can-do attitude
