Area Manager – Automotive & Industrial

Are you passionate about the automotive and industrial sector and ready to take on a sales leadership role with a growing brand?

We are seeking experienced Area Managers to drive sales, strengthen retailer partnerships, and grow brand advocacy across key markets. With a strong presence in automotive retail and specialist distribution, this is an exciting opportunity to represent market-leading products and work with an energetic, forward-thinking team.

The Role

As Area Manager, you will:

• Develop and grow sales across retail automotive, tool retailers, and distributor channels
• Build strong relationships with key accounts to increase advocacy for our brands
• Identify promotional and merchandising opportunities to maximise visibility and sales
• Deliver product training sessions to retail staff and distributors• Represent the business at trade events, industry expos, and customer engagement activities
• Collaborate with marketing to activate campaigns and promotions
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales reporting
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with business growth

About You

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with:

• Proven experience in area sales, business development, or account management
• A background in the automotive sector but also open to tools or other industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience in training, product advocacy, or trade marketing (desirable)
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to travel regularly within your region
• A genuine passion for the automotive/industrial industry
