Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Subiaco, WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours of Work

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Role Overview This role provides critical front-of-house and administrative support for a busy property business. It is well-suited to someone seeking a progressive position with potential for growth into an Office Manager role. Full training will be provided to ensure confidence in managing client queries and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and property owners visiting the office, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Issue welcome packs to new owners and tenants.
  • Manage access device requests, including issuing and deactivating fobs.
  • Handle amenity booking queries and ensure efficient communication with clients.
  • Monitor and respond to two high-volume administrative mailboxes, resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain overall office organisation, including printer maintenance and general operational support.
