- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and property owners visiting the office, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Issue welcome packs to new owners and tenants.
- Manage access device requests, including issuing and deactivating fobs.
- Handle amenity booking queries and ensure efficient communication with clients.
- Monitor and respond to two high-volume administrative mailboxes, resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain overall office organisation, including printer maintenance and general operational support.
- Earn trust and respect through reliability, professionalism, and leadership.
- Take ownership of office processes and organisational systems.
- Demonstrate resilience and drive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
