A global Technology company based in Virginia require the urgent assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with Oracle (cloud) experience to assist with a back log of invoices and a system integration. You will love the modern offices, great team and a positive professional environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Verifying invoices and updating data
- Matching purchase orders and coding invoices
- Managing the payment runs
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Assisting in system transition
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Experienced in full function Accounts Payable
- Must have Oracle ERP system experience
- A strong attention to detail
- Well developed communication skills
- Commence ASAP, Temp to end of year
- $40 to $45 per hour + super
- Parking on-site, Virginia
- Awesome team, professional environment
