Vascilla joined people2people in July 2023, coming on board our Melbourne team as a Permanent Specialist Recruitment Consultant assisting Accounting and Finance. Before joining our Victoria office at P2P, Vascilla attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a major in Enterprise Development. After graduating, she broke into the recruitment industry in Australia where she specialised in Temporary and Permanent roles across Finance and Banking. During this period, Vascilla discovered her passion to building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping candidates achieve their career aspirations. Making the move to people2people, Vascilla is excited to continue to grow her career with the Melbourne team as a Permanent Specialist Recruitment Consultant.
